It is indeed fitting that this house is called “Brio”, Italian for energy, enthusiasm and life. It is a wonderful property that is ideal for families or groups of friends. It consists of open spaces, contemporary elegance and tasteful neutral tones. Here you are free to relax in style, whether on one of the sofas in the living area or beside the pool beneath shady umbrellas.

The staff is warm, friendly and will cater to your every need. Should you desire reservations at one of Seminyak’s high end restaurants, the villa manager can arrange that for you. Or, if you would like to enjoy a taste of Balinese cuisine while in the comfort of your own home, your private cook can prepare mouthwatering meals that will be sure to satisfy your palette. If you would like to stick to more familiar cuisine, the cook can prepare Western dishes as well.

Note: Guests will be requested to provide grocery money in advance and the staff will do the shopping and keep receipts for reference. Groceries and beverages are billed at cost price plus 20% service charge.

VILLA LAYOUT

Brio’s lovely 21-metre pool is perhaps the centerpiece of the property. Facing the pool and gardens are two pavilions, the first of which provides an enormous open-plan and open-sided dining, bar and lounge area as well as the villa’s well-equipped kitchen.

Venture down a covered walkway to another building, which houses four bedrooms, an entertainment room (which also functions as a fifth bedroom) and a gorgeous rooftop terrace. The terrace is ideal for guests to enjoy alfresco dining any time of the day or night. There are umbrellas available to shield you from the hot sun.

Bedrooms

The light and airy ground floor master bedroom opens onto the garden and pool while the second floor suite has a covered balcony with wonderful views of Seminyak.

Both master suites feature satellite television and DVD player, as well as air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The en-suite bathrooms consist of stone floors, twin stone sink, rain showers and bathtubs. The bathroom on the ground floor features an outdoor bathtub situated within a tropical garden setting.

The villa’s two guest bedrooms each feature bathrooms and twin beds, which can be joined together to form a king size bed. These rooms, which are adjacent to the master bedroom, are ideal for older children and teenagers who want to have their own quarters, without being too far from their parents or guardians.

Your villa manager is responsible for guest relations, staffing and the overall running of the villa.

Private Cook:    

Sit back and enjoy a relaxing holiday while all of your meals are taken care of by your own private cook. Well versed in both Western and Asian cuisines, nothing is too much trouble. Special requests and diets can be accommodated.

Butlers/housekeeping:  

A team of three staff take care of cleaning, tidying and meal service at Casa Brio, assist with kitchen duties and prepare breakfast daily.

Garden, Pool and Maintenance/Engineer:             

The garden and pool are tended to daily by a staff member who is also available to deal with any villa maintenance issues.

Security:            

Professional security guards watch over the villa between 9pm and 7am.
