The villa is one of the most unique houses in Casa de Campo and is one of 10 homes always included in the "Villas of Casa de Campo" charity event organized by Mrs. Fanjul (the resort property owners) every year. The villa was built in 1992, it sits on 3 acres of manicured gardens, and has 800 square meters of enclosed space. The pool is right off the main deck area. The house is within walking distance to the hotel beach (500 yards) and close to all the resort's amenities such as tennis, polo, horseback riding, sporting clays and just about every other summer sport imaginable.

Bedrooms: • 2 master bedrooms with 1 queen size bed, • 2 master bedrooms with 2 queen size beds, • 1 room with 4 single beds (also used as "kids room"), • all rooms with separate private bathrooms, • all rooms with AC and/or fans (except kids room has AC only)

Dining room - Living room: The dining room is open aired and has a very large table that can accommodate up to 20 people. The living room is also open and is very spacious.

Staff: The staff is very friendly and has been with us for 8 years. They are accustomed to European and American guests and arrive at 8am in the morning and stay on every evening until after dinner if finished and/or when they are sent home. They do not sleep at the house but have separate staff quarters off the rear of the house. They can prepare all the meals throughout the day if guests which them to do so (the menus can be decided jointly). The is a night watchman that comes on after the guests have retired and stays until the staff comes in the morning. • Butler- he can drive you to the beaches or take you sightseeing, do your food shopping, arrange for all your sports activities, pick your family or friends up from the airports. He also prepares drinks and snacks at cocktail hour and serves lunch and dinner (he was trained at the naval academy as a valet under a rear admiral). • maids- they can also do laundry if asked to. • cook- Italian and regional cooking mostly. • gardeners (2).

Cars: I suggest guests rent a mini-van (Avis) or at least a small car depending on the size of the party. Golf carts can also be rented from the resort but can only be used within the resort area (a little limiting in scope). Mopeds are also available.

Boats: Boats can be rented for the day at the marina (1 mile away). There are many different types, but typically a sport-fisherman is a favorite because of its space and versatility. Half-day rentals are occasionally available.
