The Sanctuary (Villa 3)

is a unique beach property made up of two houses on the private island on Parrot Cay. Nestled beside a swatch of power-white sand. The Sanctuary has views of both the island’s lush vegetation and turquoise sea. Inside and outside blur with large windows that bring the landscape in. Each house is comprised of a second floor master bedroom/living area with 360 degree water views, three other ensuite bedrooms, as well as an infinity pool. There is a screened-in guest pavilion flanked by a main pool and plenty of outside terracing. A further formal dining area inside seats up to 20. Cedar paneled walls, teak furniture, walnut floors and limestone bathrooms are part of the high interior finish. Eclectic pieces reflect the owner’s world travels, from Bali to Africa, including an enviable art collection. Further personal touches are introduced through service, provided by Parrot Cay.

Villa Facilities

Bedrooms: Indonesian-inspired platform beds, air conditional, ceiling fans, 40” satellite televisions with DVD players in master suites and 26” satellite televisions and DVD players in guest bedrooms, direct dial telephones with voicemail, CD players.

Bedrooms: Bathtubs, interior standalone and outdoor showers, make-up mirrors, hairdryers, bathrobes, flip-flops and COMO Shambhala bathroom amenities.

Kitchen: Toaster, espresso machine, dishwasher, large refrigerator, stovetop and Microwave. Each house also has a small galley-style pantry stocked with refreshments.

Living/dining Areas: Deep-seated sofas and reading areas, fax machines, direct dial telephones, Wi-Fi internet access, air conditioning and IPod docking stations.

Two private butlers, personal chef and daily maid service.

Direct flights to Providenciales include American Airlines from Miami, American Airlines from New York and Boston; US Airways from Charlotte and Philadelphia; Delta Airlines from Atlanta; Spirit Airlines from Fort Lauderdale; and British Airways from London. Transfers from the airport to Parrot Cay takes 60 minutes
