The house is a former farmhouse bought by the next door owner and completed rethought by an American decorator. Living surface 240m2. Swimming pool 6 x 4m (depth 1,70m) is surrounded by sunny terraces with teak furniture and shaded by large umbrellas.Nearby is a small pool house equipped with toilet and shower.

Large living room (54m2) with an oversized double banquette, fireplace dating from the 17th century on one side and new home cinema. The furniture is a combination of comfortable chairs and unusual French Arts and Crafts pieces.
 
Large well equipped kitchen with Lacanche cooker (4 gas burners, 2 ovens) dishwasher, small fridge, microwave, Expresso maker, juice maker,  coffee machine, fire place for grill, and a pantry with wine cupboard, US fridge, small appliances

• There is  an independent studio with one double bedroom  with 2 twin beds (90cmx190),  closets, ensuite living room,  kitchen equipped with small Lacanche cooker, fridge, dishwasher, bathroom with shower, basin and toilets. Access to the northern terrace.

A nice and cosy studio library with desk, fireplace, many English books, Internet access, Fax.
 
All the upstairs floors are made from reclaimed oak.
 

• The 3 bedrooms are simple and comfortable all with ensuite bathrooms, A/C, built in cupboards.2 bedrooms have queen size beds, one with twin beds (1mx2m). 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 with tub carved from a single block of acacia wood.
 
Services
 
Included: Very efficient housekeeping  service 3h per day/5 days per week. She can prepare the breakfasts ad can do simple cooking on request.

Upon request, to assist you with your planning ask for your personal concierge service. If you require assistance or information on local events; ballet, opera or train tickets, reservations....whatever, your concierge will be delighted to assist.  1200€ per week
