Located in Rome, the Ferrari apartment is part of a charming, six story building originally constructed in 1937, by Italian architect, Piacentini, who was very detail oriented. Today, the apartment seamlessly blends classic tastes with modern conveniences and it is just a short walk away from the Via Veneto, several luxury hotels and fine restaurants and the American Embassy. Upon your arrival you will be warmly welcomed by the owner or her representative.

The villa features an entrance gallery, a spacious living and dining room, a kitchen with a service entrance and three bedrooms. The distribution is as follows:Bedroom 3:

Master Bedroom: With a king sized bed (could be converted to two beds). Also features a marble bathroom with a hand shower.

Bedroom 2: Features a queen sized bed. It shares the above bathroom through a lobby and has a long balcony equipped with a table and chairs.

Bedroom 3: This room features a king size bed next to a bathroom. It has enough space to accommodate an additional bed if necessary.

Amenities: Independent Central heating, air conditioning, satellite television, a dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer, telephone and internet connection.

Maid service is provided 5 days a week and a linen change every week.
