With a full house staff including a fabulous chef catering to your needs it will make ringing  in the  New Year extremely special and worry free (December 26^th, 2016  to January 2^nd. 2017).  At this time of the year there are lively and  colorful  festivities that the local families and visitors alike immerse themselves.  A showcase if  an array of activities  to take part in such as playing world class championship golf courses  and tennis at all levels.  But before I go further…

Right outside your door is a refreshing infinity swimming pool and lovely furnished terraces.  Consider gathering for alfresco lunch in the lush shaded garden, or perhaps near the edge of the gentle waves beyond,  with  kayaks at the ready and other beach accessories put out each morning along with those deep comfy hammocks that beckon you to laze. The unique setting can excite guests to be active or simply relaxing.  Slip into a sweet snooze while listening to your favorite music on iPod/iPad or simply enjoy the immersive sights and sounds of nature all around. Perhaps that favorite beverage with just the right kick in one hand and a book in the other?  All are possible and well within your grasp!

Mexico offers so many activities  that one will never even scratch the surface. From your villa, you will have easy access to zip lining, the refreshing aqua blue Cenotes where you can go swimming or how about kayaking into the caves,  snorkeling one of the largest reefs in the world and discover the amazing underwater world.  We kindly ask that you respect the reefs and all the water life for the health of our environment.  Let’s protect already endangered species of sea life.

Swimming with the giant but gentle sea turtles on the Mayan Riviera is life changing … here they represent a large percentage of the world’s  population. This is  one of the most beautiful experiences you will ever have in your life.  Turtles are so loved by other sea life, the reason they are called the Ambassadors of the sea.  There is an organized walk along the beach with flashlights  in hand so families can witness firsthand and even guide a baby turtle to the ocean.  It’s called adapt a turtle.   For the divers there are underwater museums to visit with amazing statues carved by Mexican artists some unknown. Have a try at paddle boarding, skiing and surfing.  Find a sweet protected sea pool where you can swim with pretty colorful fish.  If you have never gone ballooning or sky diving, at least put this on your wish list. 

 Let’s go inside your villa, which features large airy rooms that are well appointed with artfully designed high ceilings and full central air-conditioning. The living and dining areas are adorned with beautiful fabrics and woods indigenous to Mexico. The family group can all congregate in common areas for fun times and much laughter or a little snuggling up. 

 The bedrooms are each equipped with their own en-suite bathrooms with showers,  have great sea views, well appointed including iPod docks, security safes and comfortable beds with top quality mattresses.  Worthy of mentioning is the 5^th bedroom featuring access to an observation deck right outside, offering endless views of the coastline.  You may feel free to have your friends and family  join you to experience the night lights while enjoying good conversations, laughter and a few  night caps and nibbles.

There is a well-outfitted gourmet kitchen where your very own private chef will create fantastic meals and delicious tropical drinks oftentimes made from a few fresh organic fruits grown right on the property.  Your villa is equipped with modern amenities for your convenience such as I-pod docks, home theater, flat screen TVs as well as  good communication systems if need be. 

The villa comes staffed for the New Year’s week with a fantastic chef who will  prepare three  delicious meals per day (except on Sundays)  for  up to 10 persons. Not to worry, the concierge can make a dinner reservation at a lovely local restaurant, unless your chef agrees to work at extra charge on his family day. A shopper to do your marketing, our amazing concierge to assist in the managing of your daily lifestyle.  Additionally there is  a villa manager , security personnel,  housekeeping staff and gardening/beach attendant to make sure grass and sand under your feet are soft and a pleasure to walk on.
