This 300-year-old farmhouse comes completely with 900 sq. meters of habitable space which was recently renovated. The house is located 700 meters above sea level in a quiet rural setting in the famed “Salzkammergut” area. This authentic Austrian farmhouse offers breathtaking views over the entire lake of Attersee.
Our guests are given complete access to a private strip of land at the lakeside waterfront line, only 3 min drive.

Open-air activities: Beside the private lake facility, several sport activities are offered in the surroundings: Sailing, water-skiing, diving along with tennis, golf (4 golf courses) and horse riding. Our guest can consider hiking, mountain climbing and site seeing tours in the famous alpine landscape.

Winter: cross-country and alpine skiing, slay riding.
Cultural events: Besides the famous Salzburg festival, there are different high quality events around the lake all yearlong. 

The house layout: 8 double bedrooms plus 1 single. 6 bathrooms and 2 showers with an additional guest toilet. A fully equip office with internet. A spacious entry hall leads to two very large living rooms with open fire and tiled stove. Large kitchen with adjacent dining room. Other amenities include Sauna with shower, Ping-Pong, Garage, and Vegetable garden.

Lake facility: Private buoy, Kayak, deck chairs.

The house comes with a personable and efficient housekeeper; half day service is included in price. Additional hours and cook available on request.
