The majority of our provisions are ordered on the mainland of Saint Vincent although there is an on island grocery store and fish market. Food and beverages can be pre-ordered prior to your arrival and menus, special dietary requirements and requests can be discussed before your vacation with the Villa rentals office. Order lists for food and beverages can be sent with your booking confirmation or alternatively you can wait until your arrival and discuss your preferences with the chef or the butler once on island. All shopping and food and beverage orders will be collected by your villa staff on your behalf and every effort will be made to meet your requests.

Meet the Team

The staff started working together at ti Soleil in 1994 and are a well established team, committed to giving their guests a memorable vacation.

Hyacinth, the chef modestly describes herself as self taught however she has attended training courses locally and in Europe. She enjoys preparing Caribbean and International dishes and is happy to cater for any diet. Judging by comments in the guest book over the years, her cooking is a high point of many guests time at ti Soleil.

Dawn the maid and chef's assistant was born on Mustique and has a wealth of local knowledge. Always smiling, she will look after all your laundry needs and also make reservations at any of the Islands facilities.

Jeffrey multitasks. He is the gardener and also looks after the general maintenance at ti Soleil. He is always willing to give Island tours and provide taxi services. Recently he has undertaken butler training courses and is happy to demonstrate his new skills, which is especially useful if you wish to host a larger dining event. Jeffrey also enjoys mixing "Caribbean cocktails".
