The Residence (Villa one)
is a complex of three villas which can be rented separately. There is a three bedroom main house with a master suite on the second floor and two guests suites on the ground floor. The 4th and 5th bedrooms are in 2 separate and detached king-bedded suites.
In addition, there are two three-bedroom villas on either side of the main property.

The Residence is for people who seek complete comfort and a private stretch of sand that is both empty and secure. The 70ft by 45ft infinity pool is stunningly dramatic. The central villa has views of the island’s wetlands and ocean beyond and the gentle water laps so close that you can hear it against the sand. The two other villas have pools and screened porches to maximize views. There is both indoor and outdoor dining.

Villa Features:
Air-conditioning, ceiling fans, a 63” satellite plasma television (master suite) and 55” satellite television (guest suites) with DVD players, an in-room safe, direct dial telephone with voicemail, radio and CD player.

Bathrooms: bathtubs, interior standalone and outdoor showers (steam shower in master), magnified make-up mirrors, hairdryer, bathrobes, flip-flops, COMO Shambhala bathroom amenities.

Kitchen: toaster, espresso machine, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator.

Living/Dining Area: Two and three-person sofas and reading areas, dining table for 12, media room and plasma television with DVD player, fax machine, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi Internet access.

Getting There
Direct flights to Providenciales include American Airlines from Miami, American Airlines from New York and Boston; US Airways from Charlotte and Philadelphia; Delta Airlines from Atlanta; Spirit Airlines from Fort Lauderdale; and British Airways from London. Transfers from the airport to Parrot Cay takes 60 minutes.
