The History

Inspired by the dome of Florence’s 14th century Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Villa Firenze offers 9,500 square feet of elegance and sophistication. Originally built in 2007, then remodeled in 2016, the Owners & designers spared nothing, importing elite fabrics, stones & artwork from around the globe.

The Experience

The moment you step though the grand Villa Firenze entrance hall, you will experience nothing but stress free, exquisite, luxury. Costa Rica offers a plethora of nature as a backdrop to the villa experience. The chorus of birdsongs & bright colors of the tropical flora & fauna greets guests as they enter the property. The accommodation is designed to be a private escape for all guests. Each room decorated with a complimentary mixture of art from renowned Costa Rican artists and classic European decorations. More recent additions of modern luxuries include the Club House building, hosting an large outdoor bar area, golf simulator & full bathroom, the Club House is a fun place for some R&R. The concierge, chef, housekeeping & high speed internet, designer soft furnishings & sumptuous toiletries all add to the overall sensation of luxury leisure.

Upper Master Suite

Upper-level spacious master bedroom with vaulted ceilings & large windows overlooking the lush jungle style gardens, lawn & pool area. The plush king size bed is dressed with designer linens, remote adjustable positions and your choice of pillows from the Villa Firenze pillow menu.

This master suite is equipped with a smart TV, fully stocked in room fridge, large walk in closet, electronic safe.

The ensuite bathroom boasts an opulent metal bathtub, dual sinks, independent walk in shower & separate toilet closet.

Upper Patio Suite

Situated in the East of the Villa, this is the most private of suites. This expansive upper level lodgings boasts high vaulted ceilings & private patio area with kitchenette & lounge area.

Fitted with a luxurious king sized bed with designer linens, flat screen smart TV, SONOS sound system, coffee station, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, twin sinks & separate toilet closet, large walk in closet and electronic safe.

Lower Master Suite

This expansive lower level suite is located on the pool level with private patio doors opening up onto a quiet private seating area. This suite has internal adjoining doors connecting directly to the office/additional bedroom – ideal for those with small children. The bedroom is equipped with smart TV, SONOS sound system, large walk in closet & electronic safe

The spacious bathroom has a freestanding bathtub, dual sinks, stand-alone shower, toilet closet & dressing table.

Dome Suite

Located at the front of the villa, this lower-level suite has a private door opening up on the side patio & lawn area.

The high-ceilinged room boasts an opulent four poster bed, coffee table and seating, in-room fridge, coffee station, smart TV, SONOS sound system & electronic safe.

The Mediterranean style bathroom is fitted with a spacious step-in shower & dual sink.

Office/ Bedroom

Grand office with corner desk & sofa area, filled with opulent, yet relaxing works of art. The office is fitted with TV, Printer & standard office supplies.

Grand doors open up directly onto the lawn patio area.

The office sofa coverts into a queen size bed and with the adjoining doors into the Lower Master suite is ideal for children.

Living Room

High ceiling, spacious, open-plan living room.

Doors access directly into the central courtyard, pool area, and garage.

Dining Room

Below the Replica Cathedral of Florence masonry dome ceiling, the Villa Firenze dining room hosts a stunning round table with comfortable seating for 8 guests, or 12 guests when extended.

An ornate iron chandelier casually hangs central to the dome. Windows overlook the pool area & beautiful Italian fountain.

Kitchen

Classic dark wood cabinetry complimented by a grand stone range hood. A large kitchen island, with a large gas range top where guests can sit and chat with the chef as he whips up some culinary delights.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances: dishwasher, Wolf oven & microwave.

Wine Cellar

Located off the kitchen, the walk-in wine cool-room can host up to 200 bottles of wine & champagne. A further floor-to-ceiling beer fridge can also be found in this cool room.

Shower Room

Found directly off the central courtyard, this shower room can act as the bathroom for the converted office bedroom. Full-size walk-in shower, sink & toilet facilities

Italian Courtyard

A central, Italian renaissance style courtyard, framed by intricate arches and filled with handsome floras. A Romeo & Juliet style balcony above completes the Italian illusion.

From the central courtyard radiates all bedroom suites, the living areas and pool area.

The purpose-built club house sits across the lawn to the main villa. With entertainment & relaxing in mind the club house is fitted with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment.

Club House Bedroom

The games room easily converts into the sixth bedroom at Villa Firenze. With a convertible queen size bed and full shower room, this hideaway is well suited to younger family members.

Outdoor Bar & Dining

Outdoor bar with seating area on lounge chairs, bar seats & high-top bar tables. The video wall & side TVs (a total of 6 TVS) make this an ideal hangout for watching your favorite sports.

A powder room is directly accessible from the exterior bar area. The ‘Big Ass Fan’ will keep everyone cool while they relax & socialize.

Unwind outdoors and de-stress in the Costa Rican sunshine. You can float atop the gorgeous 50′ infinity pool or relax in the walk-in spiral jetted spa. The separate Club House building, situated across the manicured lawn, houses the X-Golf Simulator, outdoor bar with TV wall, convertible sofa-bed with en suite bathroom & catering kitchen to provide for events small or large.
