20,000 square foot, three-story, 7-bedroom full-service luxury villa constructed entirely out of Panamanian teak, built atop 135 cement stilts and connected to a 15 hectare  island/property by a 130 meter dock. Recognized by UNESCO as one of the the most beautiful archipelago in the world. There are 2 “glamping – sleeping under the stars” bamboo structures in the Island, of the same luxury as the bedrooms in the villa. The fruits and vegetables come from the land as well as fish from the lake and  the sea.  Everything prepared in the kitchen is fresh every day.
 
The objective is for guests to experience a very authentic and different experience while enjoying very luxurious amenities every worldwide high end hotel has to offer and more.

- 10% Tourism Tax

- 10% service charge on the total amount of the rental fee (50% of this amount goes to our educational fund to ensure the education of the children of Overwater Villa).
