This extraordinary waterfront estate near Pont-Aven in Brittany has every luxury necessary for the perfect vacation. There are 11 bedrooms ( most  are suites ) divided among 3 houses with 7 bedrooms in the main house, 3 in the “Blue house” and one in the “sailor house” by the river. Other buildings on the estate include the tennis house next to the courts and an A frame house with a screening room. There is also a wine cellar with many “important” bottles. There are two stables and 6 magnificent Brittany horses on the estate. Down by the water is the 16 person power boat with operator to explore the many tiny islands just off shore in the Atlantic which are ideal for picnics and bathing.   A Catamaran and other small craft are also at your disposal.  For exploring the estate, there are several 4 wheel drive vehicles and dirt bikes. Not to be forgotten is the horse drawn carriage to take you into town if you opt not to go by your private boat. This estate is meticulously maintained from the enormous vegetable garden to the handsomely landscaped grounds. To better serve guests, they ask for a maximum of 16 people. A perfect retreat for couples guaranteed equal sleeping accommodations or a large family group with children accompanied by nannies.  Loads of onsite activities to keep both adults and children very entertained.
