Location

Located a short distance (5 mins walk) from 10th hole of the world-famous Sperone Golf, the villa is situated on over half an acre of land.

The villa is also five minutes walk from the golf clubhouse and its panoramic restaurant. More restaurants in Bonifacio where there is also very convenient shopping.

Tennis court right beside the villa, as well as the famous coastal path walk to Pertusato, in the National Reserve of South Corsica, and a short distance from the bay of Piantarella on the Bonifacio Strait, a water sporting heaven.

Furthermore, the villa has easy access to Figari airport, only 25 minutes away, with numerous daily flights from across Europe.

Corsican Airports:
Bonifacio is 22 km south of Figari airport (FSC) (Figari-Sud Corse).

Ajaccio Campo dell'Oro Airport (AJA): 140 km. The route from this airport involves winding, mountainous roads with breathtaking views of Corsica's west coast and gorgeous sunsets.

Bastia Poretta Airport (BIA): 170 km. Faster roads than from Ajaccio.

Totally renovated, this true "Bella Vista" property has been developed into a 12 person luxury residence with maximum comfort and privacy and breathtaking sea views of the Lavezzi Islands and Sardinia.

The main gate leads you to the partially covered upper terrace – ideal for lunch and dinner. The living room and separate dining room are furnished with elegant, tasteful furniture, facing bay windows largely open to the sea.

The property is positioned in a peaceful cul-de-sac with ultimate privacy. The private hideaway path running along the picturesque Corsican white stone wall brings you to the villa Costa Esmeralda’s main entrance, and its gardens... a sight to behold... centennial olive trees, cypresses, bougainvillea and native Corsican ‘maquis’... nestling amongst the rocks it merges imperceptibly into the surrounding vineyards and olive groves.

Central level

The main gate brings you to the partially covered upper terrace - ideal for lunch and dinner.

The spacious interior and exterior living areas are comfortable and welcoming and offer both outdoor and indoor facilities throughout the day. The large terrace is equipped with a typical teak table that seats 12 with the Mediterranean Sea as a backdrop.

The terrace is connected to the dining room and living room via large sliding glass doors.

The living room (with fireplace) has a tasteful mix of contemporary furniture and antiques facing a large bay window with a view of the Costa Esmeralda and the islands. The dining room is equipped with an old walnut table and matching chairs (can seat up to 12) facing the breathtaking panorama of the Mediterranean Sea.

The villa has two fully equipped kitchens. One in the dining room with a sophisticated bar, (American sink, professional oven), and a second one on the floor below that has everything necessary for easy service for the staff.

The lower level kitchen and outdoor dining room

The shady west terrace with its pleasant pergola is equipped with a typical teak dining table for 12 people with a fully equipped kitchen in the corridor.

On the east terrace, planted with olive trees, the chaises longues are an invitation to relaxation.
As well as this, the patio is equipped with outdoor furniture – perfect for the cocktail hour.
The service room (optional) is located in the semi-basement. The room has a bed, a storage area and a basin.

Shaded parking for 4 cars is located on the property’s backyard.

For receptions, there is an extra parking permit which enables up to 10 additional cars to be parked in the eastern part of the garden.
