Then comes the spacious fully equipped kitchen, with a view to the garden and the sea, and the barbecue area : a large wisteria covered pergola with a table fitting 14/16 people… and always the view to the garden and to the sea in the distance.

The covered terrace in front of the house is fitted with a dining area and a living area.

 On the first level is the master bedroom with a study area, a bookcase, a nice tester bed with mosquito net and a fireplace. Large sliding doors open onto a private fitted terrace.
