A well maintained, beautiful villa located in the quiet and exclusive area of Les Salins, just 5 minutes drive from St Tropez centre and the beaches. From its hillside location there are spectacular views of the countryside and the sea across the bay towards Ste Maxime.

The house is set in large terraced landscaped gardens with well maintained lawns, olive, palm, umbrella pine trees and flower beds. On the lower level there is a teak terrace, ideal for sun bathing in complete privacy, whilst on other levels, there is a boules court, a large chess board and room for a helicopter landing area. There are two swimming pools set close to the house, the larger is 15 x 10m, whilst the smaller, ideal for children is 5 x 5m. Both can be heated on request. Additionally, there is a paved parking area with room for 4 cars.

The house, which is light and spacious, is beautifully decorated in soft tones and comfortably furnished in a simple contemporary style. It is air conditioned throughout. Further amenities include satellite TV, DVD and wi-fi internet access.

Ground Floor
From the parking area, steps lead down to a small patio/covered entrance hall with large double doors. At the entrance there is a hallway leading to a very spacious and bright open-plan dining and living room with fireplace, TV with satellite (TNT) & DVD, and French windows opening to terraces, with views over the landscaped gardens and sea. On the right hand side of the hallway there is access to a fully equipped modern kitchen with French doors leading onto a large terrace which is ideal for outdoor dining. There is a separate laundry room leading off the kitchen.

Off the living room is the master bedroom with super king size bed (2m), and a seating/office area with Internet access, computer, printer and fax machine. There is a large wardrobe in the hallway, which also contains a safe, and leads to an en-suite shower room. On the ground floor, there is also access to separate, studio accommodation with a double bedroom, sitting/dining area and kitchenette.

First and Mezzanine Floors
On the left hand side of the entrance hall, there is an impressive staircase leading to further bedroom accommodation. The first, on the mezzanine, is an ideal children's bedroom, with 3 single beds, wardrobe and en-suite shower room. One level up, there is a bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom with wardrobe space on the landing. A small corridor with wardrobes on both sides, leads to another double bedroom, with a super king size bed (2m) and en-suite bathroom.

Obligatory maid service 15 hours a week, payable locally.
