The villa is one of ten properties on the same road to this magnificent palace of King Leopold II, founder of Cap-Ferrat, that are privilege to its acclaimed south-facing view over Mediterranean's most visited bays. Just up the road, crowds of tourists stop to take photos with this view as backdrop, a 100-year-old tradition and legendary souvenir, most classic films on location were shot nearby, whilst artists and captains of industry alike, draw inspiration and recharge their energy, by calling this location a second home.

Constructed in the 1920's, Villa has undergone a radical renovation that now provides guests with ultimate comfort, technology, full equipment and services while still maintaining its old-world charm. Emphasis was given to provide guests a feeling of ease and warmth with discrete opulence.

The four-level villa (with elevator) sleeps eight to ten guests, all of which are carefully tended to by a full-time, permanent staff. Privacy, security and comfort are hallmarks of this exclusive villa.

Included in the rental price: Villa Manager, on-site daily housekeeper service for 8 hours per day (except Sunday), in-house laundry and pressing service, linen washed twice weekly, normal use of hot/cold water, electricity and gas, pool and garden maintenance, security. 

A complimentary welcome package includes flower arrangement, a bottle of champagne, soft drinks, water and fresh fruit basket, daily stock of Italian gourmet espresso for use with the professional coffee makers as well as viennoiseries delivered five times a week from nearby Beaulieu’s master patissiers to compose a delicious French-continental breakfast, laid up by the in-house housekeeper in the Family Room for a great start of the day.

The ground  (garden) level of Villa consists of a huge open spaced Family room comprising of a Sauna-Gym- casual chill-out playroom, Gourmet kitchen, lounge with a professional bar and dinning. Through two large bay windows giving to secluded manicured gardens with Mediterranean plants and mature trees, guests enjoy sitting areas, al-fresco dinning under a jasmine-embraced gazebo, an outdoor pool (8m x 2m and depth 1,30), a Weber BBQ and a fire pit with built sitting arrangement. Guests can enjoy the villa experience throughout the day or night with the synergies of the garden, pool, sauna, gym, washroom, kitchen, BBQ, indoors and al fresco dining, bar, TV’s, music, Fire pit, let alone the views and the scent of the Mediterranean plants, all at one level with indoor and outdoors facilities in total privacy as the villa has no vis-a vis.

The next floor, Level one, offers an entrance hall leading into 3 luxury bedroom suites.

The huge (750 sq.ft)  “V.I.P suite” has a full room in walk-in closet with a minibar whilst its en-suite bathroom is equipped with separate WC, Bathtub and large rainfall shower. King-size bed, salon space, mood lighting and full TV –Music entertainment systems.

The 500 sq.ft “Round suite” equipped with an ultra king-sized round revolving bed, leather stitched by Poltronna-Frau, large closets, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and Shower cabin. TV and Music entertainment, mood lighting, sofa (converting to a 140 cm pullout bed), safe, complement this extraordinary room whose “piece de resistance” is its theatrical 180-degree views of the Villefranche and Beaulieu bays.

The 360 sq.ft Junior Suite has similar specification to the Round suite (Jacuzzi, Entertainment etc.). It provides 2 single beds, and an office space.

 Large bay windows extend all three-bedroom spaces onto the vast secluded terrace equipped for sunbathing and relaxing. Just not to omit, all rooms are air-conditioned and Wi-Fi enabled.

On Level two, (street level), in from the parking patio, the entrance hall leads to the formal, yet cozy living area; guests will find another professional bar with light cooking facilities, Roche Bobois mixed with antiques furniture for lounge and dinning, collector's art, a steel CVO fireplace, mood lighting, LED screens and a B&W equipped surround music system. Three large bay windows overlook the large terrace and stunning views of the Mediterranean, again equipped for dinning al-fresco and for terrace lounging.

Level three houses the 550 sq.ft “Penthouse Suite,” replete with king bed, en suite bathroom with double jet stream shower, hammam by Jacuzzi, air conditioning, walk-in wardrobe, office space, TV with sound system, safe, mini bar, remote controlled mood lighting, private verandah, and direct access to the pool area via elevator.
