This grand, lovingly restored farmhouse is located in the Aix-en-Provence countryside, between Lambesc and St. Cannat. It offers an ideal base from which to explore Provence. The property enjoys a private spot at the end of a long unpaved road and faces an open meadow. The nearest town is Lambesc (4km). Aix-en-Provence (20km), Avignon (58km), and the Marseille Airport (44km) are also within driving distance. The farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres (44,515m2) of grounds. The small garden area includes a swimming pool (10m x 5m; 1-2.5m deep); heat is available for an extra cost. There is a pool house with dressing room, shower, and WC. The house is decorated in an elegant style. All the bedrooms feature lovely bedspreads, curtains, and antique armoires and chests. All the bathrooms feature colorful Provencal tile work. There is an independent studio, originally the farm's bread oven, with kitchenette attached to the main house. Ample parking is available. Two hours of maid service are included six days per week. Although not included, the services of a cook, additional maid service, mountain bikes, and babysitting can be requested at the time of booking.

Caretaker's house. 1st floor : Adjoined apartment STUDIO with a small kitchen / living room + 1double bedroom with a queen size bed + 1 bathroom. In the Main house : Hallway leading to Dining Room. Cloakroom through to fully equipped kitchen(American style fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob and griddle, microwave)with living room with 2 sofas,TV/Satellite, HiFi, VCR, fire place. One further kitchen/utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and large additional fridge. .1st floor:1 master BEDROOM with ensuite bathroom and separate wc, king size bed, 2 double BEDROOMS with queen size bed+ 1bathroom with separate wc and one further bathroom. Very large sitting room with sofas, games cupboard and music system and Mezzanine as a playroom with a sofa. 2nd floor:3 BEDROOMS : 1 with queen size bed, 1 with twin beds and 1 with standard double bed +2 bathrooms+ wc. Beds : 1 king, 4 queen, 1 standard, 2 twin beds. 2 Baby cots.

House linen, bed linen and towels provided. Garden furniture provided. BBQ. Tel/fax. Cleaning lady : 2h x 5 days per week. Occasional cooking also possible. Tennis table.
