This property possesses a lovely garden (6000 m2) very well kept with a kidney shaped swimming pool  (10x5m. Depth :1,70m) with alarm system.
 
The main house (400m2) provided 5 bedrooms on the same level and a contiguous studio with 1 bedroom.
 
Entrance hall with cloakroom, toilets.
 
On the right side, 2 double bedrooms.
 
All linen and bath robes are refined as the interior decoration.
 
On the left, a large SALON with fireplace (wood provided for free by the caretaker), multilingual library, Satellite TV, HiFi, DVD, Telephone, HS Internet access, dining room.

Fully equipped kitchen with intercom(entrance gate) DW, US fridge, micro waves, many food processors…Espresso machine 'Senseo'.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
 
Then 3 other bedrooms.

At the back of the villa :
 
A studio nicely decorated with a double bedroom, a kitchen in a cupboard, a living room with TV, DVD, HiFi with CD Player and sofa(no sofa bed).
 
All the house is nicely decorated with Art works which could be bought.
 
Portable A/C in the living room, in the 5 bedrooms and in the studio.
 
Many outdoor games for children (swings, tennis table)

 •Bedroom 4 -  Badayere - king size bed, ensuite large bathroom with a bath tub, a shower, toilet.

 •Bedroom 5 -  Bleue - large single bed,  ensuite large bathroom with a bath tub, a shower, toilet.

Services

 •Cleaning : 3 hours x 2 per week included ( on Tuesday and Thursday). More on request. (13 euros per hour)

 •Caretaker nearby 7/7d

 •A minimum of cleaning is expected from the guests: dishes, garbage sorting out...This would not be done by the cleaning lady and will incur extra costs for cleaning.

 •All equipment for babies on request:  2 cribs and 2 highchairs.

 •Swimming pool towels provided.

 •Essential items provided in the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. It is a four stars for its warm and great welcome.

 •Shopping : 80 euros to do the shopping at the arrival.

 •Extra single bed : 90 euros

 •Chef: Youcef from “De Luxe Home Restauration”

 •Abdou the caretaker can be  in charge of the preparation of a meal for 120 euros + shopping.
 
Late arrival fees:

Arrivals between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm will be charged a late arrival fee of: 30 EUR
Arrivals between 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm will be charged a late arrival fee of: 60 EUR
Arrivals are not accepted after 8:00 pm
 
Notes

•Security deposit: 2000 euros in cash at the arrival if not paid in advance by CC authorization.

•The villa can be rented during the low and mid season with only 3 double bedrooms (VACANCES, GRAND SIECLE and BADAYERE) with 3 bathrooms for only 6 People for a special price.

•Pets allowed.

•Special welcome during the Christmas and New year holidays. House book on the spot.

•Tennis club a barbentane
