The house has been luxuriously renovated by a London Interior designer over the past 2 years.

Using the finest materials and a sensitivity to the local architecture the result is a stunning and chic Provencal house with a modern feel and comforts.
The fixtures and fittings are sourced from all over the world including glass chandeliers from Italy, bespoke wood carpentry from the UK, painted silk from China and also some carefully picked antiques from Italy, Sweden and the UK etc.

The long drive up to the house is flanked by cypress trees and in front of the house stands plane trees and a magnificent chestnut tree which gives  a wonderful shade to the terrace.

The pool is tiled with Bisazza glass tiles from Italy and the pool house with its banquettes makes a wonderful place to have some shade from the Provence sun or lazy evenings watching the sun set.

To the east of the house is a large trampoline and a carport for 2 cars. Around the garden is a wooded hill to the west, fields and vines to the south, olive groves to the west and hills and vines to the north. No close neighbours or nuisance, total tranquility.

The landscape around the house are perfect for gentle strolls, walking/hiking, biking etc. There are extensive tracks to the whole Trevaresse area and walks to Rognes if desired.
 
 
SERVICES:
 
An English speaking guardien lives in the cottage and will be available to welcome quests and answer any questions about the house and area.
 
The pool and garden will be attended to and the cleaning will be done every week day for 3 hours/ day x 6 days per week.
 
It may also be possible to arrange cooking if so needed by the guests.

Location
 
At 15km (15mn) from Aix en Provence, 2km from a village St Cannat ( all shops, cafés, supermarket) the villa is located  in a nice and quiet area with open view on olive tree fields, vinyards and hils.  The house is surrounded by countryside with no houses next it so privacy is definitely not an issue.
 
Perfectly situated for trips to the Luberon, 20mins, Aix 15mins, Marseille 35mins, Cassis 45mins, St Tropez 1.45mins.
 
It is a joggers paradise here!   The house is located at the foot of the Trevaresse - a 15 km line of hills that runs from Venelles and Lambesc. It is criss crossed by numerous paths and tracks through olive groves and vineyards. There are also fabulous far reaching views of the south Luberon hills from the top of the Trevaresse.
