There are two living rooms, a bar, fireplace, two satellite TVs (one is a big-screen TV), and a DVD player. The beautiful dining room table seats ten.
 
The fully equipped kitchen has two sinks, a microwave, dishwasher and a La Cornu stove. All of the appliances are top quality. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and clothes dryer. The study has a fax machine and telephone.WiFi Internet access. No computer.

There is a bedroom with a 180 cm king-size canopied bed and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, WC and shower that is handicap accessible. This bedroom has a double sofa bed.

Going up a flight of stairs, there are four beautiful bedrooms.

•The first bedroom has a 180 cm king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, WC and shower.

•The second bedroom has a 180 cm king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, WC and bathtub.
•The third bedroom has two 85 cm twin beds (that can be combined upon request) and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, WC and shower.
•The fourth and master bedroom has a 180 cm king-sized bed, a sofa bed, access to a terrace with beautiful views,and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, WC and bathtub.
 
Each of these bedrooms can be made up as king-size or separated into two twin beds.
 
Each bedroom has a small safe, flat screen TV, its own telephone and phone number.

Automatic sun/rain shelter.
 
The very helpful caretaker lives on the property and is at the complete disposal of the clients.
 
While there are no screens on the windows and doors, the villa is fully air-conditioned. The gated property has an automatic entrance gate and an alarm system. There are five acres surrounding the villa. The large pool (fenced or the children's safety) is complete with waterfall and automatic cleaning. 11 colored led lights. There is a pool house equipped with a summer kitchen. There is also a sauna, and a covered spa (for 6 people).
 
The pool is heated from JUNE  through SEPTEMBER, other months on request. There is also a bathroom with shower nearby.
 
Services
 
Four hours of maid service are provided six days a week and includes washing the linen and towels changed twice per week.
 
There is even a cave with wine that the clients can buy.
 
Available is a high chair and a baby bed.
 
All utilities are included in the rental cost.
 
Breakfasts offered each morning:
 
- Fresh seasonal fruit (bought each morning)

- Fresh bread and pastries in the morning (baker at Beaumes) not frozen
