Villa Aequa is conveniently located off of the main road that takes you from Sorrento towards Positano. Thanks to its position in residential area of Positano, it enjoys fantastic views over the town center and Mediterranean, with its colourful houses down to the seaside, both during the day and at night.  Villa Aequa is very easily accessed both by car (the only large villa in Positano accessible directly by car) and on foot.  The villa enjoys a large private parking area with space for 2-3 cars.

Property Description:

Similar to many Positano homes, Villa Aequa is built along the hilly slope over various (three) levels. Its inviting interior is light and modern – shades of white are the dominating color all over – and the fresh sea breeze and cool environment make this villa a favourable spot for a sea side vacation.

Ground Floor:

57 steps takes you from the parking area to the ground floor.  The living room enjoys several sofas and a large flat screen TV as well as a bar corner so you can prepare a drink on the spot.  There is a large round table and a large, panoramic window overlooking the town of Positano.

5 steps down from the ground floor leads to the two bedrooms located on this ground floor.  The first is a double bedroom with baldachin bed and access to a private terrace through two French doors.  The bedroom boats an en-suite bathroom with a larger shower box.  The second bedroom is a double bedroom with a semi-private bathroom with large shower box, located 5 steps up from the bedroom

- 1 Floor:

15 steps down from the ground floor is the sub 1 floor boasting a large dining room facing the main terrace.  There is a large glass dining table and 12 chairs and a large flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen stands out in its white decor. There is also a ½ bathroom. 

The dining room leads onto the main terrace, which offers a shaded dining area with built-in benches and a wooden table ideal for breakfast and al-fresco dining.

There are 3 bedrooms on this floor.  Two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom and shower box and both enjoying sliding doors that directly access the main terrace.   The third bedroom is also a double with en-suite bathroom with shower box and a large window.

- 2 Floor:

21 steps is the sub 2 floor and the 6th bedroom that boasts access onto a terrace, a great panoramic window, and en-suite bathroom with shower box. 

There is also a private Spa where you can enjoy a large Jacuzzi or steam bath or just lounge on the couches while you watch the large, flat screen TV.   The spa also opens out onto a terrace.

All of the bedrooms in this property enjoy air conditioning, flat screen TV’s (Satellite TV & Sky), telephone, & hairdryer.  All of the double beds can be converted into twin beds if necessary. The floors and bathrooms are tiled with beautiful, prestigious, local handmade tiles.

A large, wide balcony looking out over the sea runs along the house and offers different areas to relax under the shade.
