Casa Geoffredo is located in the prestiguous Porto Rotondo on the Smeralda coast, offering membership to the Marina Piccola  Private Members Beach Club so the villa guests can enjoy the the facilities.  The villa is 3 mins. walk to the beach club. The beaches in Italy are never privately owned but in this case the only people using this beach are guests of  other occasional guests of the nearby villas. .

In the Spring of 2019 the owners of the spectacular Villa Geoffredo spent a good fortune to improve the level of sifestyle at the villa, creating more flow of space, doorways and big open lounges and dining pergolas so the breeszes from the ocean adds to the comfort of life at Villa Geoffredo.  To top off the fabulous improvements, there is the unveiling of  a state of the art spa and gym for guests to luxuriate and keep up with their exercise routine. There are two swimming pools – one is round and the other larger and irrigular shape.

The large open-plan living/dining areas are with clean lines  and decorated with light colors, modern furnishings and beautiful terracotta tiles throughout. In particular, the dining area is very light thanks to the large window which extends nearly the whole wall and allows guests to enjoy the views of the sea and breeze from indoors. This room opens onto a large terrace with outdoor sitting and dining area with views towards the sea and garden

The well maintained garden, slopes gently towards the swimming pool, which is equipped with a swim against the current system and is heated by solar panels which allow the temperature to rise 4 C degress or 5 C degress higher than the environment.  The lawned area of the gardens is  good for children to play, little ones always supervised. An outdoor kitchen area,built in granite table and benches are close  to the pool. 

There is parking for 4 cars, a private SPA and a gym. We can arrange for a personal trainer if you wish and a therapist.

The beach is at about 180 mt from the garden of the villa. It is furnished with 3 sun beds and 1 umbrella for the guests of Villa Geoffredo.  The club nearby is Centro Vela Marina Piccola di Punta Lada.
