This property consists of a majestic tower and a guest house, as well as a swimming pool, beautifully manicured gardens and direct access to the seaside.

The Tower is compromised of:

• A lounge with a charming fireplace
• A living room with air conditioning, a 32” LCD satellite television and a DVD player
• Four double bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans and bathrooms.
• A fully equipped kitchen

The Guest House can be rented in addition to the main house at an extra coast, otherwise it is locked off when the main property is occupied. It is compromised of:

• A living room with air conditioning that permeates through the house
• 2 double bedrooms
• 2 bathrooms with showers

The following are not included in the fee and are available at extra cost:
• Catering services for the preparation of lunch and dinner
• Heating
• Extra housekeeping (€15 per hour per person)
• Additional bed linens and towels
• Laundry or ironing services

Additional information:

Daily cleaning 1 person 4 hours a day, 6 days a week for housekeeping (2 extra hours for The Guest House), cleaning and maintenance of the garden and
swimming pool, three times a week and supply and changing of bedding, bath and pool towels on Saturday and Wednesday.

Security Deposit & Payment Conditions

€ 1000 security deposit• refundable upon your return. A non-refundable down payment of 50% of the full cost of accommodation is required to confirm the booking. The balance is due 90 days prior to client’s arrival.
