At the foot of a verdant valley 11 kilometers from Spoleto, private grounds of 1200 hectares includes a historic mansion dating back from the seventeenth century, called Villa Seicento.

The splendor of this majestic villa with its 7 bedrooms, came back to life thanks to the refinement in the renovation of each room. The result is striking: room after room, one has the feeling of taking a dive into the past. Antique furniture and paintings of great value, lucanar ceilings decorated with precious fabrics, adorn the ground and first floor, where every room leads to another in a marvellous way.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen and a library, giving access to the inner courtyard, a squared shaped colonnade, cool in the summer and sheltered during the fall, perfect for dinners outdoor. From the porch you have entrance to a small private chapel, a small jewel.
The villa is not equipped with air conditioning and yet, thanks to its structure built with thick walls of at least one meter, all the rooms maintain an optimal pleasant temperature.
The facade of the villa has an Italian garden preceded by an avenue of centuries old cypresses, fo which at the end lies the swimming pool.
The villa also houses a farm that produces fruits, vegetables, wine and meat, an excellent solution for those who love healty food straight from the producer.

200 mts white road uphill leading to the villa, car parking (not covered) at the beginning of this white road. The villa is suitable for small weddings and has another villa nearby which hosts up to 20 people and other agriturismo’s on short distance. Fully staffed villa with a 24/7 concierge service. The kitchen is to be used only under supervision of the staff. The staff (2 people) is living on the property in a seperate area from the villa. For breakfast/lunch and dinners requested, the staff uses home made products, following the concept: “farm to table”. Smoking permitted. Pets allowed. There are 2 cats and 2 dogs on the premises.
