 Villa Bel-Ha

Villa Bel-Ha

Mexico, Riviera Maya, Xpu-Ha ~ 4 Bedrooms ~ 4 Bathrooms ~ Sleeps 6 to 8

Villa Description

This is a beautiful beach house located in a 50 acre family-owned jungle and palm tree estate facing the Caribbean Sea on the Mayan Riviera (Yucatan Peninsula), Mexico.

The villa was commissioned to one of Mexico´s top beach architects (whose work includes the famous Las Alamandas Hotel) and was decorated in a minimalist style by its owner using local and Mexican items. All wood work is made from mahogany and other tropical woods from the Yucatan and Chiapas jungles.

It is a 6,000 sq.ft. house with seven terraces, a large living room, a fully equipped bar room, 4 very spacious suites, a studio, a kitchen, and two private palapas (one at the pool and another at the beach). The house is reached through a private road.

In total, the house has six different great lounging areas for its guests to enjoy and is surrounded by large back, side and rear gardens which are illuminated at night for a beautiful experience.

The villa is located on the Xpu-Ha beach, a gorgeous, white sand and turquoise waters pristine beach, rated as one of the best three beaches of the whole Mayan Riviera.

Master Suite One: This room is located on the upper floor and has a very large private terrace facing the ocean and reef. The terrace has a day bed and a hammock which makes it a great place to relax watching the sea, sunsets or the moon. The room features a king size bed, a writing desk, a couch, a dressing room and a huge bathroom with twin sinks, a Jacuzzi and a large separate shower area.

Master Suite Two: This room is also located on the upper floor and has a private studio with a large window facing the sea and a balcony facing the rear garden. The king size bed of this room faces two windows that offer very impressive views of the Caribbean. This suite has a couch, a closet area and a beautiful bathroom with a huge shower room that, in turn, has a private terrace overlooking the jungle gardens.

Suites Three and Four on the ground floor: Both suites have private terraces (with tempting hammocks) facing the ocean side and windows with beautiful rear garden views. Both suites have their own dressing rooms and very large and comfortable bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a large shower area and the other a Jacuzzi and a separate shower. The first suite has a king size bed and the second suite has two twin beds.

If you like refined luxury, privacy, fun activities, being pampered, tropical gardens and the Caribbean, this is the new secret spot.
