This private, contemporary estate in Palm Springs, California is located in an exclusive community and is fitted with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The centerpiece is the main house, featuring four bedrooms while the guest house has one bedroom suite.  A further apartment with a bedroom suitable for a nanny, private pilot or PA.

The featured attraction of the estate is the swimming area, which includes a lap pool, a smaller pool for children and a hot tub.

It’s a great  area to gather and entertain on a sunny day. Swimming and sunning is unforgettable here. On those chilly evenings, sitting by the fire-pit with a cocktail and good conversation.

The living and dining areas are tastefully furnished and are fully air conditioned. The gourmet, open-plan kitchen is fitted with all the necessary appliances, cutlery and crockery. After a day of golfing, sightseeing, visiting galleries and boutiques, unwind in your home theatre finely fitted with sumptuous leather couches, a large screen and projector. Enjoy the use of a state of the art sound system piped throughout the home.
