This six-bedroom estate can sleep up to eighteen guests in five star luxury. The home has access to the Bridges ski run via a private, maintained forest path. The residence has a home theatre, a games room, a wine room, plus multiple outdoor areas including one with a gas grill station. With exquisite details of Telluride Gold Stone, antique timbers, black galaxy granite and handcrafted wood work, A Place is truly remarkable in every way.

The main residence features the living and entertaining areas, as well as four guest suites. Guests enter the home into a breathtaking great room framed by handcrafted woodwork. A luxurious lounge area surrounds a thirty-foot, floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. On either side of the stone fireplace are beautiful cathedral windows stretching up to lofty vaulted ceilings. These windows look over one the outdoor patio, and across to the San Sophia mountain range. To the left of the great room is a large, gourmet chef's kitchen featuring a Wolf 48" range with griddle, a Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer and a walk-in pantry. The kitchen overlooks a grand dining room that seats eight guests and has a gas fireplace. A hallway leads guests from the kitchen and dining areas to an exercise room and a three-car garage. Just off the exercise room is a hot tub on an exterior patio, overlooking the woods.

On the top level of the main residence are four guest suites. There are two luxurious king master suites with private bathrooms and walk in closets. Both bathrooms have steam showers and jetted tubs. One of these guest masters is considered the "grand master suite" because it has a coffee bar and an oversized bathroom with marble detail and small balcony. The third guest suite has two queen beds and a private bathroom with a combined shower and tub. The fourth guest suite has a king bed and two sets of bunk beds and a private bathroom with a combined shower and tub. All four guest suites have a gas fireplace and flat screen TV's.

Leading away from the great room in the opposite direction of the kitchen is another hallway. The hallway continues into a study area with a cosy lounge and TV. Just beyond the study is a library breezeway. The library breezeway has a desk and more seating, and connects the main residence with the guest cottage. The self-contained guest cottage has an additional two queen suites, each with a private bathroom (one bathroom has a shower only). One of these queen suites is open to the lounge area below. The guest cottage has it’s own living area with a TV and gas fireplace, and a full kitchen. The guest cottage also has it's own private deck with multiple seating areas.

The lower level of the home is a recreation and relaxation center. There is a home theater, a games room with a billiards table, a wet bar, a dine-in wine cellar, a powder room and a gallery hall. Other details include in-floor radiant heat and gas forced air, Crestron A/V and lighting and two powder rooms.
