Continue into the home on the first level to find a front-loading washer/dryer for easy laundry access for the whole group. A powder room is located just beyond the laundry area, followed by two well-appointed guest rooms. The first guest room on the left is a kid’s paradise, with four twin beds configured into two bunks, with a perfect seating area including a flat screen TV, DirecTV and DVD player. This room also enjoys an en suite bath with a tub shower combination and lovely granite countertops. The second guest bedroom is located on the right and has a comfortable queen size bed, twin pullout sleeper sofa, flat screen TV with DirecTV and DVD as well as its own en suite bath with another shower/tub combination. Guests in this suite can enjoy views of the beaver pond.

Travel up one flight of the grand spiral staircase and find yourself in the home’s gourmet kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances from Thermador, including a 6 burner gas stove and dual ovens as well as a full breakfast bar. Just off the kitchen is the large dining room with seating for up to 10, directly adjacent to the granite countertop buffet – perfect for entertaining! From here, step down into the living room where you’ll find a small desk, comfortable seating area, gas fireplace and large flat screen TV for movie nights with family. As well-appointed as this room is, the true beauty of this room comes from the attached deck and view to the outside. Large, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open the home up to a large deck with hot tub, dining table for four with umbrella and incredible views of Town Park, the Beaver Pond, Ajax Peak and Bridal Veil Falls. This is the perfect place to spend any festival weekend in Telluride (when you’re not in the park of course)!

On the third and final level, guests will find the master suite. On the left is a huge master bath with large vanity made up of marble countertops, deep jetted tub with dual faucets and separate glass shower. Opposite the bathroom is the master bedroom. A king size bed and twin daybed makeup this room and are also accompanied by a flat screen TV with DirecTV and DVD player. This suite also has its own private deck with seating for two and the same incredible views as the deck just below.
