The main house features an open floor plan and retractable glass doors off the dining and living areas – which boast a spectacular view between indoors and outdoors. The home is tastefully styled with interior décor by Barclay Butera of Los Angeles and New York. The Lutron lighting system allows you to set the mood for any occasion and the in-house audio system invites you to listen to your iTunes playlist or access streaming services like Pandora.

The kitchen is a chef's dream, including top of the line Subzero appliances and an Italian Calcutta Gold island, which is a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine while cooking. The dining table seats 10 guests, so the adjoining butler kitchen comes in handy when cooking for large groups.

For endless outdoor activities the lanai and pool deck areas include a five-star resort pool with a 360 degree wet edge perimeter and underwater speakers, dark interior, 40' vanishing edge and are tiled in Caribbean coral stone. Close by is an independent spa and expansive fire pit. Adjoining the pool is the cabana, which includes a large stone fireplace, grilling station, bar and full bath. The Pool and Cabana area features an impressive high quality outdoor speaker system that fills the entire area with clear, high fidelity sound.

The theater, wet bar, game room and wine cellar all make for ideal entertaining, with a half bath conveniently nearby.

Bedroom #1  Master suite has a private lanai overlooking the ocean and offers a king size bed, as well as a twin size hide-a-bed. The impressive master bath includes: his and her sinks, an extra deep soaking bath tub as well as a luxurious dual walk in shower.

The guesthouse features a king size bed, 2 twin beds in the loft and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom is spacious and features an indoor AND outdoor shower. The kitchenette includes a sink, microwave and small Subzero refrigerator/freezer. For your entertainment, a 50in flat screen TV, DirectTV and Wi-Fi are provided.

Located in Pepeekeo, just 12 miles north of Hilo, Hawaii, along the breathtaking Hamakua Coast. Hilo International Airport is 14 miles, and Kona International is 85 miles, and there are three private airports on island, including Hilo, Kona and Waimea-Kohala.

The daily rate is $10,000 plus a 3% service fee over the holiday weeks  (commission is 15%)
