How far in advance do I need to book?
If you have a specific property in mind, it’s wise to reach out early in your planning process. The most unique and in-demand properties can fill up months in advance. That being said, with our extensive connections, we are always sure to find a luxury villa you’ll enjoy, even with minimal notice.

Can I host a large event at a luxury villa?
Many of the villas we represent are ideal for hosting conferences, reunions, weddings, and other large events. We encourage you to reach out as far in advance as possible regarding large bookings.
What if something goes wrong during my stay?
While we have personally reviewed all of our villas to make sure they meet our exacting luxury standards, we are also prepared to handle any eventuality. We have associates on the ground in all destinations we represent, and if there’s a problem with your villa, we’ll find an alternative that is equal to or better than the original.
