The property offers four spacious en-suite bedrooms with hotel-style comfort, along with a generous living area and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, the extensive grounds are enclosed by a traditional dry-stone wall and dotted with Mediterranean trees and fragrant shrubs. A shaded dining pergola, barbecue area, and private swimming pool provide the perfect setting for long, leisurely days, while the expansive gardens offer plenty of space for younger guests to play.

The wider Salento region is yours to explore, with beautiful beaches just a five-minute drive away and the enchanting city of Lecce only five kilometres from the property. Often regarded as the cultural heart of the region, this elegant Baroque city boasts an architectural heritage spanning more than two thousand years. If you delight in ornate facades, grand churches, and historic piazzas, Lecce is a dream destination. For those who simply enjoy wandering and soaking up the atmosphere, the city offers endless opportunities to explore, dine, and experience its unique character with all the senses.
