Staff & Services:

• Daily maid service is included, ensuring the villa remains pristine throughout your stay.
• At least one staff member is present 24 hours a day, staying in a designated staff area when not working or resting.
• A dedicated concierge is assigned upon booking to assist with pre-arrival coordination and in-stay arrangements, including airport transfers, golf cart rentals, activities, excursions, massages, menu planning, and grocery purchases.

• Occupancy must not exceed the quoted number unless agreed in writing.
• Use of outside vendors (chefs, event planners, photographers, external golf cart providers) requires advance approval and may incur additional fees.
• Hookah use is prohibited.
