Tortuga B55 is a fully renovated, five-bedroom luxury villa set within the prestigious, gated Puntacana Resort & Club in the Dominican Republic. Designed for up to 10 guests, this approximately 5,000-square-foot, two-story retreat blends colorful contemporary style with relaxed Caribbean living. Lush tropical gardens, inviting indoor spaces, a private swimming pool, and generous outdoor terraces create an ideal setting for families and groups seeking comfort, privacy, and convenient access to the resort’s beaches and amenities.

Living Spaces
An unmistakable blue front door opens to a bright, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area enhanced by distinctive artwork and welcoming furnishings. The living room offers comfortable seating, a television, and ceiling fans, while the adjacent dining area provides an easy setting for shared meals. The modern kitchen features a central island, marble countertops, updated appliances, double refrigerators, and double freezers, making it well suited to group stays and private-chef service.
The villa’s outdoor spaces are designed for effortless tropical living. Beneath a traditional cana palm-leaf roof, the spacious covered terrace offers ceiling fans, lounge seating, and alfresco dining for up to 10 guests. Beyond the terrace, a private, kidney-shaped pool is surrounded by a Coralina stone deck, sun loungers, mature palms, and lush gardens. A secluded wooden hideaway terrace and a furnished rooftop-style terrace provide additional places to dine, relax, or enjoy a quiet moment in the shade.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
• Bedroom 1 – Upstairs Primary Suite: King bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, television, closet, dresser, sofa, desk and chair, ensuite shower bathroom, and access to the furnished rooftop terrace.
• Bedroom 2 – Upstairs: Two full beds, private entrance, air conditioning, ceiling fan, television, closet, desk and chair, ensuite shower bathroom, and rooftop terrace access.
• Bedroom 3 – Upstairs: King bed, private entrance, air conditioning, ceiling fan, television, closet, dresser, ensuite shower bathroom, and rooftop terrace access.
• Bedroom 4 – Downstairs: Queen bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, television, closet, and ensuite shower bathroom.
• Bedroom 5 – Downstairs: Two full beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, television, closet, ensuite shower bathroom, and direct access to the terrace and pool area.
In total, the villa offers seven beds—two kings, one queen, and four full beds—and accommodates up to 10 guests. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and the villa also includes a guest half bathroom.

Location and Resort
Tortuga B55 is located in the exclusive Tortuga Bay neighborhood of Puntacana Resort & Club, a private residential and resort community with 24-hour gated security. The beach is approximately a 10-minute walk away, while La Cana Beach Club can be reached in about five minutes by golf cart. Two golf touring carts are included for transportation within the resort.
Punta Cana International Airport is approximately one kilometer from the resort entrance, while Santo Domingo’s airport is about a three-hour drive away. Puntacana Resort & Club offers access to pristine beaches and beach clubs, restaurants and bars, The Spa, the Corales and La Cana oceanside golf courses, the Oscar de la Renta Tennis Center, paddle and pickleball courts, an equestrian center and polo club, a marina, nature trails, freshwater lagoons, and water sports. The Puntacana Shopping Village and BlueMall Puntacana are located just outside the resort.

Staff and Additional Services
The Spanish-speaking housekeeper cleans the villa, makes the beds, and launders villa towels and linens; personal laundry service is not included. An English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager welcomes guests, assists with check-in, and remains available throughout the stay. Optional services may be arranged through the concierge, subject to availability and additional charges, including airport transfers, private-chef service, meal plans, grocery shopping, golf reservations, excursions, boat and yacht charters, spa treatments, in-villa massages, and local transportation.

Important Information
Use of certain resort facilities, sports, lessons, food, beverages, and other activities may incur separate fees that are not included in the villa rental. Gratuities are also not included; a minimum of 8% of the rental amount after taxes and fees is expected, with 10% recommended. A separate rental agreement and house rules must be signed to complete the booking. All guests must be registered with Puntacana Resort & Club before arrival, and outside guests are not permitted.
