Villa Bohemia is a gorgeous space surrounded by a beautiful indigenous garden teaming with birdlife, the house is just across the road from the popular Robberg Beach. The location could not be more ideal! A boma in the garden, an outdoor pizza oven and an immense wooden deck, lend themselves to dining out under the stars. The main living area is on one level with an expansive open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with a long central island. The lounge and dining area open onto a magnificent ‘al-fresco’ living and dining area. A spacious master bedroom, also on this level, opens up with slider shutters onto the deck. Downstairs a further three bedrooms have sliders that give access to the lower deck and views of the fynbos. An additional sitting room and games room are downstairs. With a focus on natural materials, wooden floorboards and cement floors scattered with Nguni skins, the house offers a perfect holiday lifestyle.

Bedrooms

Villa Bohemia has four bright bedrooms, furnished in neutral colours, natural fibers and wood. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a seating area. The three double rooms have doors which open on to the outdoor areas which allow the rooms to be filled with natural light, air and bird song.

Outdoor Spaces

Villa Bohemia’s garden is a secluded haven adorned with a fynbos garden – this vegetation is only found in South Africa. Large trees create a sense of privacy and provide natural shade should you seek it. No bohemian getaway is complete without an outdoor shower, and Villa bohemia provides a charming one for its guests. A wooden walkway leading to “boma” and firepit, and to the beach which is a moments walk across a quiet road.

Upstairs has a covered balau deck with a dining table that seats 10. For your comfort you will also find several easy chairs, loungers and coffee tables.

For those of you who have a culinary streak there is a Pizza oven on the back deck alongside a 6 seater table.

Indoor Spaces

On the ground floor is the living room; it has direct access to the garden with sliding doors. It is a light stylish space with comfortable seating for 6 people and a smart TV.

The lounge is located on the first floor and comfortably seats 10 people. You will find some authentic and beautiful pieces African furniture which are delightful finishing touches to the villa. There is wood burning fireplace, smart TV and a music system.

The dining room seats 10 and the pool room is a fabulous addition to this property for the family or groups of friends to enjoy. There is a small library of books for you to peruse during your stay.
