Le Bleu is very modern and has lots of open spaces and views of the sea and sky. You can see 4 islands from its gardens and decks – St Martin, St Barts, Flat island and on a clear day Saba! It has marvelous lawns and gardens that sweep down to 2 small coves that you can swim from. It is about 10 minutes to drive to Malliouhana about 15 (max) to Cap Juluca. It is closer to the nightlife and restaurants of Sandy Ground in Veya, Roys & Barrel Stay (5mins) and is equally easy to access both east and west ends making it more convenient for beaches like Shoal Bay in the East or Scilly Quay in Island Harbour. It is very close to both the sea and airports. The closest ‘resort’ would be Cusinart in the West which is about 7 minutes away.

• LeBleu is set in approximately 2.5 acres.
• There are 2 small private beaches where the entrance to the ocean is suitable for the smallest child.
• 11 Bedrooms, all of which are en-suite.

Main House consists of:

•         7 King-size Master Bedrooms, all en-suite with magnificent ocean views.
•         1 rear bedroom with en-suite, which is attached by a corridor to one of the front bedrooms
•         Swimming pool built into the upper level where the large fully equipped kitche and lounge area with dining for 20 people is situated. 

These facilities are situated with a very large tiled deck area. 

This deck area would accommodate at least 100 people for any function.

• A full-time dedicated staff with an estate manager, private chef and culinary team, front of the house manager, experienced butlers, waiters, maids, security and groundskeepers.
