Two additional guest bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms reside off the Main level with equally gorgeous views of the ocean and surrounding grounds. These rooms feature queen sized beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans, rare art pieces and soft lighting.

The main floor of the villa offers ceiling to floor "windows to the sea" that automatically open at the touch of a button and disappear into the walls to reveal sweeping views of the large pool deck, infinity edged pool and the endless blue of the ocean just beyond. A beautiful wraparound veranda is the perfect spot for lounging or al fresco dining, day and night.

The villa's design allows continuous cooling trade winds from the east to meander through the spacious living and dining areas adjacent to the pool deck as well as the state of the art Poggenpohl kitchen. A large inviting mid century sofa adorns the living room as well as a collection of unique objet d'arts. The dining table seats up to ten in style and is ideal for dinners served in tropical elegance. The spacious Spanish red hi-gloss kitchen is every chef's dream and features Miele as well as Sub Zero appliances.

A billiard/entertainment room complete the main floor. Guests can relax in comfort with a full bar and 50 inch plasma flat screen television.

ANG8SCA was built with both entertainment and comfort in mind using the most current technology to allow you a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
 
The villa features a state-of-the-art water system (Technopure) that purifies water for drinking. This water quality meets or exceeds current bottled water quality. This means all water is filtered and pure to drink. The hot water system is controlled by a re-circulator which keeps hot water running through the pipes at all times. No more need to turn on the water and wait for it to get hot.
 
Along with TV and DVD equipment, a fully integrated music system is available at ANG8SCA. The entire main floor has in wall or in ceiling speakers, and external speakers connected to a main system that allows IPods(including Video), CD player, and a Sonus music system. The Sonus system uses Rhapsody, an internet music service, in which you can select from over 3 million songs of any genre- all available at the touch of a button. This system is also in each bedroom so that different music can be simultaneously played in all five locations.
