Meet the Chef

Donna Jacobs has been the chef at Sapphire since 1995. Donna is entirely self taught and passionate about her profession. She has cooked for a stream of celebrities, dignitaries and royalties over the years and specialises in West Indian and Caribbean fare. Donna is featured in the book "A Movable Feast – life changing food adventures around the world" where a whole chapter is entitled "cooking with Donna".
