A unique villa that’s exclusive to our collection, Villa Allure is ideal for design lovers who appreciate traditional Caribbean architecture and ambience. The luxury rental property combines classic St. Barth island style with all the modern conveniences, thanks to a recent renovation. Throughout, it is accented with special art pieces and decorative objects.
Villa Allure is private, quiet, and very spacious. It is situated in Marigot, overlooking the bay of Marigot and protected on one side by a green hill. Both indoors and on the large terrace, it has plenty of space for groups of friends or extended families who enjoy keeping their privacy while being together.
Coming up the driveway, you arrive at a very large parking area. When you enter the house from there, you begin in the living area, which has a cozy sitting area with lots of books, art and decoration, and vintage furniture.
Next to this is the kitchen, which has two parts. One is accessible from the back and has a large Lacanche stove and a second sink. The appliances are well integrated, and natural stone is used throughout, for example in the green marble backsplash behind the farmhouse sink and the stove. There is a breakfast bar and a nice dining table.
Two of the four bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living space. The other two are downstairs, with one behind the other. Three of them have ocean views, and all four have large ensuite bathrooms. The house is fully air-conditioned.
The wrap-around veranda encircles the whole house, and the large terrace includes a sitting area, a gazebo, sunbathing areas, a heated pool, a heated pool, and a large green lawn and well-maintained gardens.

Have you decided on your first dance song? We sought out and flew over a Puerto Rican band for a wedding. Picture driving around the island in your own Ferrari? Arrival and Departure
We will be waiting for you at the airport or harbour to give you a warm welcome and show you to your rental car. From there, we will personally escort you to your Saint Bathélemy villa, help you carry in your belongings and get you settled into your time in paradise. And when the time comes for you to leave, we’ll be there, at your vacation villa to help you with your belongings and wish you a safe return journey. A lot of our guests are already planning their next trip here as they leave which is why we offer to keep your belongings in storage and look after them until your next island getaway. Housekeeping
Each rental villa has its own housekeeping team and daily maid visits (apart from on Sundays and holidays) that will ensure it is cleaned and maintained to the highest of standards of any villa rental St Barts has.
