Villa RIVENDELL is 2-3 minutes'drive from Flamands beach, whilst the airport and Gustavia are each about 5 minutes'drive. The nearest bakery and restaurant are in easy walking distance.

Owing to its hillside location and orientation, the Villa benefits from cooling breezes and receives sunshine from very early in the morning till the late afternoon or early evening, depending on the time of year. The elaborate garden planting and illumination are a particular feature of the property.
All of accomodation is on one level, and every room has direct and unobstructed sea views. Due to the steep terrain which RIVENDELL overlooks, the Villa is not recommended for families with Young children.
