Wide tropical verandahs and porches provide ample outdoor living and dining spaces as well as private sitting areas for each bedroom.
The expansive views from the main terrace as well as the front of the house are breathtaking and encompass the lagoon, the Caribbean, and the verdant mountains of St Maarten/St Martin. You see both the sun rise and sun set from the terrace. In addition, each bedroom has its own view of the Caribbean and two have views of the lagoon as well. The house is surrounded by lush tropical gardens.
Arches throughout the home provide a unique architectural design while Singapore-style fans and Moroccan mosque lamps decorate the ceilings. The entire interior is custom painted in lush decorative finishes and colors reminiscent of Moroccan homes and Tuscan farmhouses. The home's furnishings are a mix of exotic furniture, fabrics, carpets and decorative pieces from the owners’ travels throughout the world providing an international yet tropical flare. The indoor living and dining areas completely open to the covered outdoor gallery through disappearing sliding glass doors that run almost the entire length of the villa.

Bedrooms Description
All three bedrooms are very equal in size, each with their own private bathrooms with showers. All are air-conditioned. Two bedrooms open to the pool deck and the third has a private balcony. Two bedrooms are furnished with king size beds while the third has two twin beds that can be made into a king. All are elegantly decorated with beautiful fabrics, fine linens, comfortable bedding and colorful details. Can be rented as a 1,2 or 3 bedroom villa.
