Guests enjoy proximity to the beautiful Playa Langosta, one of the most pristine beaches in Costa Rica, and the property is just over a mile away from the charming town of Tamarindo. Need to stock up on food items, enjoy fine dining or check your email? You’re just steps way from a grocery store, three very good restaurants and an internet café.

Entry is through a large metal gate. The property consists of two private neighboring haciendas, each equipped with their own lovely pool and wonderfully manicured garden. The estate is enclosed by high walls on three sides and a tall lush hedge along the back giving one a sense of complete privacy and seclusion. You will find plenty of space for parking as well.

Both haciendas are “L” shaped; with a similar interior set up. On one leg of the “L” are two bedrooms that open onto the patio and pool. The master bedroom is upstairs, complete with an en-suite bathroom, beautifully accented with marble counter tops and inlaid sinks. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and the third has two double beds, both of which are also equipped with an en-suite bath and shower.

On the other leg of the “L”, you will find a large living, dining and kitchen area that all open out to the pool and the patio. There is maid service available two days a week.
