Welcome to "Pearl House"

Situated in a little street, the house is totally closed, private.

 Room to park 2 or 3 cars.

 Then the outdoor entrance to the house:  an excellent space with beautiful Provencal paving.

Enter the house directly through a big lounge, dining area, open kitchen.  Spacious, bright, comfortable, harmonious.  Patio doors open out onto the outdoor patios that run along the house.

Living room with fireplace, flat screen TV, double sofa.

Fully fitted kitchen, round table for 6 people.

Utility room behind the kitchen: fully fitted.

Air conditioning throughout the house: living room and bedrooms.

On the first floor: 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The master bedroom: bed 1m80

Ensuite bathroom: Big shower, sink.  Separate toilet.

TV in the bedroom.  Numerous cupboards.

 The second and third bedrooms:

Each with single beds pushed together (or not on request).  Each with a lovely bathroom (shower, sink).  Separate toilet.

Balcony, patio windows, a luminosity and charm throughout the house.

The outdoor space is very clean and organised.  A pergola in front of the living room with a lovely lounge set.

The swimming pool in front of the house is characteristic of the high technology the house enjoys.  Let's opt for a big patio and the swimming pool closes little by little and transforms.  Let's go and have a swim and enjoy the water, the patio becomes the bottom of the swimming pool!  Magic!  A "sealift" system, to use gently, for perfect organisation!

The swimming pool is 1m60 deep the entire length and measures 10mx3m.  3 steps for gradually getting into the water.

A magnificent stone wall runs along the swimming pool.  Water pours into it.  Like a fountain!

Very well lit outdoor space, the moon and the stars give a Romantic, Glamorous note, the Great Joy of being in the village, in surprising peace and quiet, in this totally private, confidential place.
