his very pretty Provençal house has magnificent views across the hills, a mill and vineyards towards the Chateau de Grimaud. It is extremely comfortable and would be an ideal family holiday base for those wanting a rural location yet within easy driving distance of St Tropez beaches, restaurants and hilltop villages.

The spacious open plan living areas open to terraces, furnished for dining and relaxing outdoors, a charming lawned garden with swimming pool (9 x 5m, alarm system) and a play area for children. The front garden and pool area are south facing, and bathed in sunshine. Behind the house is a charming courtyard with a fountain in a more shaded area. This sheltered courtyard, furnished with another small dining table, chairs and a barbecue, is perfect for 'al fresco dining' if there is any wind.

The accommodation is all on one floor with most rooms opening to the terraces and garden. The interiors are beautifully decorated, and furnished with white and beige fabrics. The entrance hall, at one end of the house, leads to the modern open-plan kitchen with table and chairs and the very spacious living/dining room with large French windows, which open completely by receding into the walls. Three of the four bedrooms open to terraces and the garden.
