The apartment is located in the heart of the Marais area which bustles with cafés, a local open street market, shops, restaurants and galleries. Sights such as the Seine, Notre Dame, the Louvre and the Ile St. Louis are all within easy walking distance. The Latin Quarter and St. Germaine are just over the river. An open market takes place in the Place Baudoyer on Wednesday mornings and Saturday afternoons, only 5 minute walk away.

The apartment is on the fourth floor of a period building, with elevator, security code and interphone access . The living area has a double sofa-bed and is equipped with cable TV channels (including CNN, BBC, Sky news), DVD player and stereo. The dining area seats six, and the fully equipped open kitchen has plenty of space for meal preparation. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and large French windows that overlook the courtyard below. The second bedroom is as large as the master, with a king-size bed which can be made up as twin beds on request. It also has a large French windows . For a family, a single comfortable air bed can also be added to this room on request.
