 At 30mn from AVIGNON, this property is located in the heart of the LUBERON valley between GORDES and MENERBES (5 minutes by car) . There are many shops, a supermarket and a weekly farmers’ market (biweekly in summer) in COUSTELLET, 10 minutes drive away.

 Ground floor

 From the large courtyard is an entrance with a lift, a ground floor bedroom (n°7) with a king size bed, a fitness room with large shower, hammam (steam bath) , Jacuzzi, and a laundry with 2 washers and 2 dryers, garage entrance, There is a huge living room with several settees, bar and a fireplace, HiFi, a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, (amazing kitchen, vaulted ceiling, wine cellar at the guest’s disposal with inventory listing) Upstairs is a TV room with large screen and a hall with ADSL Internet desk (2 computers, printer..) Second Floor 4 bedrooms The master suite has an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower, WC, 2 basins and a dressing room, a second bedroom with a living area, complete bathroom and dressing room. The third bedroom has a complete bathroom a corner living room and balcony. The fourth bedroom has a living room, bathroom with WC and a large terrace.

Third Floor

 2 bedrooms Bedrooms number 5 and 6 have their own living room and complete bathroom. Each bedroom has a 2m x2m king size bed 4 pillows per bed. The salon has a sofa safe for lap top and values, a mini fridge and a coffee maker. TV 37’. I radio. Luxury bed linen made in Austria. . A full bathroom with tub or shower. Bath robe. Separate toilets Exterior Bastide VALLAT is a beautifully landscaped property with its own kitchen garden and lavender field. The entrance to the property is through an electric gate. There is a nice petanque court at the back. Tennis table. Bicycles can be delivered on request in advance On the South side there is a heated swimming pool 18m x 6m, from maximum 1.80m deep, minimum 1.30m, Is is maintained with automatic dosage with liquid chlore – this is a law in France for rental properties to save the quality of water with this relatively high temperatures. There is fresh water that is filtered at least 4 times a day The Guardian is on place to controle every morning the water qualitiy. Electric cover, (in July and August we keep it at 29°- Condition is, that protection is closed in the night !) A covered pool house with couches, Weber gas BBQ, cloakroom, and shower/WC. Pool towels provided. There is also a 2 car garage and a covered area for 4 cars. 2 cots. The caretakers live on site in an apartment attached to the northern corner of the Bastide.

Amenities

Included :6 hours maid service per day. Linen changed twice per week. A nice, light meal will be provided upon arrival for the guests. The first breakfast is also offered on Sunday morning. Invitations will be given for a tasting and visit to a famous Luberon wine cellar during the week. Colin the caretaker can prepare breakfast each morning (shopping at the client's cost payable on the spot) Personal concierge service is available on request to assist you with your planning in advance and throughout your stay. If you require assistance or information on local events; ballet, opera or train tickets, reservations....whatever, your concierge will be delighted to assist. 1200 euros per week.
