This property is located in the heart of Luberon Valley,  8km from the village of Bonnieux, 45mn from the Avignon TGV station, 1h from Marseille Airport.

The 800m2 houses are nestled on 7 hectares of landscaped garden.
 
The main house contains 3 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a kitchen, entrance salon, dining room, double living room with fire place, a library and an office, both with fire places.
 
The attached farm house perfect for accompanying staff, offers 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and fire places, office with queen size bed , a guest bathroom , and a family room with video and fitness equipment.
 
Access between the two buildings is through an enclosed courtyard. All bedrooms have a desk and coach / armchair.

During the winter : the house has a central eating by petrol and it works very well, all windows are double glasses and there are a lot of fireplaces ... the gardener takes care of the wood for fireplace.
