Location
 
This superb villa is set on a hillside above the village of Cabrieres d’Avignon, about one mile from the village shops and 22 miles from Avignon. There is a beautiful uobstructed view of the valley, the Luberon Mountain and the village of Gordes. 2km (20mn) from the nice village of Cabrieres.

On the main floor is a large entrance hall, living room (530 sq ft) with TV, VCR,DVD, hi-fi and fire place  There is also a dining area, mezzanine and study with fax and telephone,
 
The fully equipped professional kitchen has an oven, Nespresso Machine, dishwasher, US fridge and freezer.  The Laundry room has a  washing  machine and freezer
 
There are a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms and bathrooms are in the main house. The fifth bedroom and bathroom are located in the petite maison, an independent studio accessed off the back courtyard. All of the bedrooms are decorated with pretty bedcovers, curtains, and charming antique wood pieces. The bathrooms have fine fixtures and lovely ceramic, stone, or travertine marble tilework.
 
In the main house to the right of the entry hall are 2 bedroom suites, each with full ensuite bathrooms. One has twin beds and a small terrace looking towards the pool. The other has a queen bed.  Also on this level beyond the kitchen are a single bedroom and small bathroom with shower next door in the hall. Stairs from the entry hall lead to the comfortable master bedroom with queen bed and private terrace with magnificent views of the countryside. Across the hall is the master bathroom with large travertine-tiled shower, antique-style ceramic sink and toilet. Also upstairs is an office-library with wood desk and easy chair. A large glass window in the library overlooks the living-dining room below.
 
Topping off the sleeping accommodations is the petite maison, an independent studio-guest house accessed from a door by the kitchen to the back courtyard. The studio is decorated in the style of the main house with ample windows overlooking the courtyard, beamed ceilings, white walls and antique accents. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a mezzanine sleeping area above with two twin beds best for children. Completing the studio is a full bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with small cooktop and refrigerator.
 
Exterior
 
A living surface of 4,000 sq ft sits in 7.5 acres of land planted with green oaks and enclosed by stone walls.  There is a  heated pool with power stream, (40 x 20), a tennis court. Pool house with BBQ, bar, terrace, W-C,  and shower. There is also a covered carport.

Maid service 4h per week. (1h extra - 14euros on request)
 
UPON request or in advance to assist you with your stayplanning  ask  for your personnal concierge service.  If you require assistance or information on local events; ballet, opera or train tickets, reservations....whatever, your concierge will be delighted to assist.  1200 euros per week.

Main House: one bedroom with twin-sized beds (option of king-sized bed), two bedrooms with queen-sized bed, 1small bedroom with single bed.
