Located an hour away from Aix-en-Provence or Avignon, Simiane-la-Rotonde, the "city of character", is regarded as being one of the loveliest hill-top villages  in Haute Provence.
Thanks to its high altitude (600-700 m), the village enjoys some cool respite from the blazing hot summer sun.
For many years, Simiane was the regional capital of lavender and today remains an important production center. Traditional music festival takes place from mid-July to mid-August.
It is 9km from Banon, the village made famous by its goat cheese wrapped in dried chestnut leaves and tied with a raffia ribbon.

Bedroom 4 -     large loft for kids ( for boys, it also can be convenient for single adults) with 6 single beds and bathroom in each one.

Bedroom 5 -    large loft for kids ( for girls, it also can be convenient for single adults) with 6 single beds and bathroom in each one.
 
Bedroom 6 -   2 single beds and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet,

Bedroom 8 -  an independent bedroom with 2 single beds ( can be connected for a king size ), bathrooms (shower and toilets).

Services

• Included in the rental price is the full time service provided by 2 housekeepers and 1 butler.
• In addition to daily cleaning, they will cook and clean up after the meal, up until 11pm. There is no ‘service’ at the table - food is prepared, plated and brought to the table. The cost of the food and beverages is at the guest’s expense.
• The morning bakery shopping can be done by the caretaker and is included in the service ( the cost of the food is at the client’s expense ). In addition, staff can go to the grocery (maximum twice a week ). This will be charged at the rate of  100€/shop. Shopping time may not exceed 2 hours(outward/return trip included), otherwise there is an additional charge of 50€/additional hour.
 • Linen change is done on Saturdays for 2 week rentals. A washing machine, iron and ironing board can be used free of charge by the clients between 9 am and 3 pm.
 • Personal linen cleaning is an extra cost at a rate of 15 € per machine load if done by staff. The staff can do ironing, charged 25€/hour.
 • Very helpful caretaker nearby. He is passionate about Provence and can offer suggestions to help with planning your exploration of the area.

 • All utilities are included except telephone.
 • The swimming pool is closed from October to April and open and heated at 25°C  from May to September
 • Basic items such as oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, flour, and  toilet paper, tissue and soap are provided by owner
 • Guests must provide their own tennis rackets.
 • No pets allowed
