Its prized  position offers the most magical vies of the coastline and the sea.

There is a private path which takes about 10 mins to the beach and under 20 mins to centre of town and the Marina Grande.

The house is well equipped, immaculately/flawlessly maintained, super comfortable.

The swimming pool is heated (cost for heating at additional).

It comes staffed with a housekeeper cook who also speaks English.

The main villa composes 4 beedrooms and 5 bathrooms.  There is also a little bungalow below the terrace with an additional bedroom and bath.
