Originally built in 1860, the Villa MALAKOFF, is located approximately 100 meters from both the Cardinal Building and the lake shore.
Its 300 square meters (2,700 square feet) are equally distributed between three floors and features: a master entrance, a living room with terrace, a dining room, a kitchen and laundry fully equipped and FOUR double bedded rooms all with en suite dressing and marble bathrooms. Two of these have their private terrace facing the lake. The Villa has an elevator and state of the art air conditioning.
